We are delighted you are considering Bear Creek Cabins, located in the ‘Enchanted’ setting of Pinos Altos, to celebrate one of the most beautiful days of your life. You will find the natural beauty of the area, the outdoor Amphitheater, and Lodge with fireplace to be one of the most unique finds & venues in the Southwest.

The Amphitheater descends down a natural slope to a covered stage with Texas Cedar railing.  The terraced, semi-circular guests seating steps back up to the top of the slope amid fabulous stone work.  A brook flows to the pond with fountain in front of the stage.
 
The Lodge has beautiful, tall, mahogany double front doors, a river rock fireplace with twisted Juniper mantle, and pellet stove with glass front for ambiance and ease of operation.  Large windows surround 3 sides to allow for the beauty of nature to seep inside. It is also equipped with two restrooms and a full kitchen.  The large front porch is graced with Texas Cedar railing and large wooden rockers.  There is also a charcoal BBQ grill and fire pit available (weather permitting).

Below you will find our four basic packages available for your wedding and a list of other services we offer to help make your day less stressful.

All Packages include:
Outdoor Amphitheater with covered stage, running brook, and pond with fountain
Access to chairs and tables
Access to outdoor picnic tables, BBQ grill, and fire pit (weather permitting)

All Cabins are two story with private balconies and covered porches

Basic Ceremony Package:  $595 (Sun-Thurs) or $695 (Fri - Sat)
This basic package is for those who chose only a ceremony.  It includes one night in our largest two-bedroom cabin and availability to the Amphitheater for a period of 4 hours.  Check in is 2 pm the day of the ceremony. The 4-hour period for the ceremony may begin at any time after 2 pm and end before 8 pm.

The two-bedroom cabin consists of one king bed in each room, full kitchen, living area with fireplace, a large upper balcony, and cover front porch.
This cabin also serves as the dressing area for the bride and her attendants and is a beautiful setting for the Bridal Processional to begin.
 
Summary

• Cabin-C for 1 night - check in 2 pm day of ceremony
• Amphitheater available for 4 hours between 2 pm and 8 pm
• Guest Parking is offsite unless guest is staying in a cabin
• Music is allowed at a volume that will not disturb non-wedding guests
• Cleaning/Damage deposit separate and refundable after inspection *
• Facility Security Deposit Amount Due to hold date - $300.00
• Additional Cabins are available for rent at regular nightly rate
• If all Cabins are rented, a $10 discount per night, per cabin given **

Romantic Ceremony Package:  $895 (Sun-Thurs) or $995 (Fri - Sat)
Like the Basic Ceremony Package, this package is for those who chose only a ceremony or want their reception held elsewhere.  It includes two nights in our largest two-bedroom cabin. Check in is 2 pm the day before the ceremony. Access to the Amphitheater for decorating and the ceremony rehearsal, if having one, may begin at any time after 2 pm and end before 8 pm, unless prior arrangements are made. The ceremony may be held at any time the following day with an end time by 8 pm. Unlike many venues, access to the Amphitheater for the entire day of the wedding is given in order for you to have ample time for decorating and other preparations.

The two-bedroom cabin consists of 1 king bed in each room, full kitchen, living area with fireplace, a large upper balcony, and cover front porch.
This cabin also serves as the dressing area for the bride and her attendants, and is a beautiful setting for the Bridal Processional to begin.

This package is for those who want less stress by having their ceremony and reception together in the same beautiful setting.  It includes two nights in our largest two-bedroom cabin, one night in the secluded Honeymoon cabin, access to the Amphitheater and Lodge. Check in is 2 pm the day before the ceremony. Access to the Amphitheater for decorating and the ceremony rehearsal, if having one, may begin at any time after 2 pm and end before 8 pm. The ceremony & reception may be held at any time the following day with an end time by 9 pm. Unlike many venues, access to the Amphitheater and Lodge for the entire day of the wedding is given in order for you to have ample time for decorating and other preparations.

The two-bedroom cabin consists of 1 king bed in each room, full kitchen, living area with fireplace, a large upper balcony, and cover front porch. This cabin also serves as the dressing area for the bride and her attendants, and is a beautiful setting for the Bridal Processional to begin.
The Honeymoon Cabin #6 is a stand-alone cabin with private path that leads down to the cabin.  This cabin has a cozy living area, full kitchen, extra large bedroom upstairs with a raised platform queen bed.  Also included is a private balcony and covered porch area.

This package is also for those who want less stress by having their ceremony and reception together in the same beautiful setting.  It includes two nights in our largest two-bedroom Cabin C.  Also, on the night of the wedding, a one-night stay in the secluded Honeymoon cabin and one-night stay in all additional cabins.  Use of the Amphitheater and Lodge for both nights. Check in is 2 pm the day before the ceremony. Access to the Amphitheater for decorating and the ceremony rehearsal, if having one, may begin at any time after 2 pm and end by 9 pm. The ceremony & reception may be held at any time the following day with an end time of 12 am. Unlike many venues, access to the Amphitheater and Lodge for the entire day of the wedding is given in order for you to have ample time for decorating and other preparations.

The Cabin C consists of a 1 king bed in each of the two bedrooms, full kitchen, living area with fireplace, a very large upper balcony, and cover front porch. This cabin also serves as the dressing area for the bride and her attendants, and is a beautiful setting for the Bridal Processional to begin.
The Honeymoon Cabin #6 is a stand-alone cabin with private path that leads down to the cabin.  This cabin has a cozy living area, full kitchen, extra-large bedroom upstairs with a raised platform queen bed.  Also included is a private balcony and covered porch area.
All other cabins vary in size and sleeping capacity.  Although some have kitchens, all have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, wine glasses, and some dishware.

Additional Miscellaneous Information

100% refund of Facility Security Deposit if event is cancelled 61 days or more prior to 1st activity of event.
50% Refund of Facility Security Deposit if event is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to date of 1st activity of event.
0% Zero refund of Facility Security Deposit if event is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to event.
Balance of all fees are due 30 days prior to event or date will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
Any and all Damages will be the responsibility of lessee.
Cleaning deposit may be held for damages and additional damage expense will be billed separately
Parking Arrangements: Offsite parking arrangements must be made for guests not staying in a cabin.
Transportation arrangements for offsite parking to and from event must be made.
