Bear Creek Cabins Cancellation Policy

Single Cabin Reservation Cancellation: Non-Holiday or Special Event

1. Cancel by phone before 4 pm Mountain time on day of arrival = No Fee.
   
   
2. Third party bookings (Expedia, Hotels.com, Etc.) must cancel through booking agent/company as per their rules and a minimum of 24 hours in advance or first night will be charged and remaining reservation cancelled, if applicable.
   
   
3. Cancel by phone after 4 pm Mountain time on day of arrival, No Call or No Show = first night charged but remaining reservation cancelled, if applicable.  If cabin can be filled by another guest, a refund may be issued, less a $25.00 fee.
   
   
4. Current guest must check out by 11 am or request a late check out of up to 1 pm or they will be charged for that additional day/night.  Any remaining days may be cancelled.

Multi-Cabin Reservation (2 to 5 cabins) Cancellation: Non-Holiday or Special Event

1. Cancel by phone before 4 pm Mountain time 3 days (72 hrs.) prior to day of arrival = No Fee.
   
   
2. Cancel by phone after 4 pm Mountain time less than 3 days (72 hrs.) prior to day of arrival, No Call or No Show = full amount will be charged for each day of the reservation that is not cancelled more than 72 hours in advance.  If any cabins can be filled by another guest a refund for the filled cabin may be issued for those days rented less a $25 fee per day, per cabin.

Multi-Cabins (6-9 Cabins) Reservations and
Holidays and Special Events Reservation – Single Cabin or Multi Cabin:

PLEASE NOTE: No Credit Given for Early Departure

1. Cancel by phone before 4 pm Mountain time fourteen (14) days prior to arrival = No Fee.
   
   
2. Reservation must be paid in full 13 days prior to arrival.  Full amount due will be charged to credit card on file for each cabin or cabins rented.  We will attempt to contact guest as a reminder the full payment amount is due and being charged to credit card on file.
   
   
3. If payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to notify guest.  If guest does not contact Bear Creek Cabins within 48 hours with a valid form of payment, the entire reservation will be cancelled.
   
   
4. Any reservations taken 13 days or less prior to arrival, full amount will be charged at time of reservation.
   
   
5. If any cabins can be filled by another guest a refund for the filled cabin may be issued for those days rented less a $25 fee per day, per cabin.

Multi-Cabins (10-15 Cabins) All Reservations 

PLEASE NOTE: No Credit Given for Early Departure

1. Cancel by phone before 4 pm Mountain time forty-five (45) days prior to arrival = No Fee.
   
   
2. Reservation must be paid in full 44 days prior to arrival.  Full amount due will be charged to credit card on file for each cabin or cabins rented.  We will attempt to contact guest as a reminder the full payment amount is due and being charged to credit card on file.
   
   
3. If payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to notify guest.  If guest does not contact Bear Creek Cabins within 48 hours with a valid form of payment, the entire reservation will be cancelled.
   
   
4. Any reservations taken 43 days or less prior to arrival, full amount will be charged at time of reservation.
